Why do you need to talk to a psychologist?
Denmark is a "welfare state" with many amenities and benefits, yet there are on average two Danes day, commit suicide, and about 8% of the population takes daily Prozac, "happy pills".
That is a clear sign that we are not at all happy, even though we like to think ourselves into thinking that we are doing well.
